If you would like to verify that Notifications were sent out for a particular booking, you can follow the steps below:
1. Click the Booking on your schedule.
2. Click the service name in the Booking Details Window
3. You will see the Notifications window. Click the first blue Notifications button. This will pull up the list of notifications which were sent. In this example, you'll see that the system updated the client profile, the day, and the alert for the schedule screen. The two emails which were sent were to the admin for the new booking, and the client for their booking confirmation.
In this example, the client chose to NOT receive email or text reminders for their booking.
