Lightspeed (formerly Vend) makes it easy to see a client's details and history, including sales totals, past appointments, and contact information.
Set up a Lightspeed account
To view customers' payment profiles in Lightspeed, you first need to connect a Lightspeed account. Learn more about managing in-store payments in this article: Accept in-store payments with Lightspeed.
Customer profiles in Lightspeed
When you send an appointment to a Lightspeed register from Resurva, all of the appointment details will be transferred over, including the client name and contact details.
If the client hasn't paid through your register before, a new customer profile will be created for them in Lightspeed. Otherwise, the appointment details will be added to the client's history, in their existing profile.

Edit a customer profile
To edit a customer profile, navigate to the Customers tab in the Lightspeed dashboard. You can search for a customer using the search bar, and click the customer to view more details. Click the pencil icon in the top right of the customer profile to make changes or add more information.
Create a new customer profile
You can create a new customer profile in Lightspeed by navigating to the Customers tab and clicking Add customer in the top right. You can also import a customer list by clicking Import customers.
You can also create a new customer profile by adding a new appointment to your Resurva dashboard and entering the client contact details for the appointment, then sending the appointment to Lightspeed by clicking the Vend button in the appointment details.
Delete a customer profile
If you have a duplicate customer profile, or want to remove a customer from your list, search for the customer in the Customers tab, and click on their name to view more details. Click Delete to remove the customer profile.
