You can set up an out-of-hours provider to charge a premium rate for services offered outside of your regular shop hours.
Create an out-of-hours provider
You can set up an out-of-hours (OOH) provider at your shop by creating a new provider that's only available outside of your regular hours. To create a provider, navigate to Manage > Providers and click Add Another. Click Save to create the provider. You can add "out of hours" to the end of the provider's name, so that clients know to select the OOH provider if they want to book outside of your regular hours.
You could also add a bio to include a message under the provider's name, by clicking the three dots beside the provider and clicking Settings, then entering your text under Bio and clicking Save.
Set a custom cost for the provider's services
After creating the OOH provider, click the three dots beside the provider's name, then click Manage Services. As this is an OOH provider, their services should cost more than the default, and you can set a custom cost for this provider's services by clicking Customize beside any service, then entering the Custom Cost and clicking Save. If needed, you can update the default cost of a service from Manage > Services.
If the OOH provider doesn't offer all the services at your shop, you can click Delete beside a service to remove it from the provider's list. If you remove a service, you can add it again by clicking Add New, and selecting the Service from the dropdown.
Set the provider's schedule
Next, navigate to Manage > Schedules and set the weekly availability for the OOH provider. You may also need to update the General Hours of the shop (the top row of the weekly schedule) to include the OOH provider's availability. For example, if your regular provider hours are 10am to 6pm, and your OOH provider's hours are 6pm to 8pm, your general hours should be 10am to 8pm, so that they include all providers' availabilities.
What clients see when they book out-of-hours
When clients on your booking widget select a service, they'll be taken to the next page to select a provider. Clients who want to book outside of your regular hours can select the OOH provider, and they'd pay the increased service cost for their booking. If you've enabled "No Preference" bookings, clients who select "No Preference" will see every available time slot at your shop, and if the time slot they select is outside of your regular shop hours, they'll be booked with the OOH provider.
