Someone called in to make a booking, how do I add it to the schedule?

There are two ways to do this:

  1. Click on the blue "Book Now" button in the top right corner of the screen. Select the service. Select either one of the next 5 bookings or click on the View Calendar (located at the bottom of the next 5 bookings) to pick a specific date. Enter the customer’s Name, Phone Number and Email Address and click "Create". The booking has now been added to your calendar and an email has been sent to your customer.
  2. Click or tap on a spot that is currently open in the schedule. Select the service. Enter in the contact information Name, Phone Number and Email. Click "Create". The Booking has now been added to your schedule and a confirmation email has been sent to the client.
