Approve or Deny a Pending Appointment

In this article we will outline the simple steps necessary to approve or deny a pending appointment.

From your Admin Schedule screen, navigate to the appropriate day by clicking the Calendar icon. Bookings that require Admin Approval will be grey. Locate the booking you'd like to approve or deny and click it. If you click Approve, the booking will automatically turn blue. If you click Deny, you'll be given the option to enter a reason and email the Client, or just deny with no email.
