In this article we will outline the simple steps necessary to limit how soon a client can book an appointment.
The First Booking Date setting allows you to set the earliest your clients can book. This date can be a fixed specific date, or a variable date based on a threshold you set.
To set the First Booking Date, go to Settings > App Settings, then select First Booking Date from the left hand navigation.
Check the box for "First booking date is active", then select which type of date you would like to use.
If you use a fixed date, for example, March 31, 2016, your clients will not be able to book before that date.
If you use a variable date, for example, 1 week from the current date, your clients will only be able to book a minimum of 7 days in advance. You can also set an hour interval between 1 and 12 hours, preventing clients from making last minute appointments, and allowing you to take walk in clients.
