In this article we will outline the simple steps necessary to set how far in advance clients can book an appointment.
The Last Booking Date setting allows you to set how far into the future your clients can book. This date can be a fixed specific date, or a variable date based on a threshold you set.
To set the Last Booking Date, go to Settings > App Settings, then select Last Booking Date from the left hand navigation.
Check the box for "Last booking date is active", then select which type of date you would like to use.
If you use a fixed date, for example, March 31, 2016, your clients will not be able to book beyond that date.
If you use a variable date, for example, 1 week from the current date, your clients will only be able to book a maximum of 7 days in advance.
