Mark an Appointment as a No Show

In this article we will outline the simple steps necessary to mark a missed appointment as a No Show.

When a client doesn't show up, you can mark them as a No Show.

On the Admin Schedule screen, locate the missed appointment, click on it, and then click NO SHOW.

NO SHOW appointments turn red on the schedule.

It's a good habit to create a Client Group, and each day add your No Shows to this group. Keeping track will help you avoid issues in the future, and you can always remove them from the group if they make amends.
