If you have a client who has been a "no show", and you want to block them from booking online follow the steps listed below.
First, you need to make sure you've properly marked their missed appointment as a "no show." Here's how you do that.
Next, go to Client > Client List, then locate the client you want to block. If they've been properly marked as a 'no show', their info should include a 'Block' button.
Click 'Block' and it will be noted on their account, and you can always unblock if you decide to.
