You can customize which services a provider offers, and set custom service costs and durations for each provider in their individual settings page.
View a provider's service list
From the Resurva dashboard, go to Manage > Providers. Find the provider you'd like to edit, click the three dots on the right of the provider name, and click Manage Services. From here, you can view and manage the provider's service list, and set a custom cost and duration for each service. You can switch between providers by using the arrows in the top right.
Change which services a provider offers
By default, when a provider is created, their service list will include every service in your shop's service list. If a service is removed from a provider's list, clients won't be able to book the service with that provider, but they'll still be able to book with other providers who offer the service.
To remove a service from a provider’s list, click Delete on the right of the service name, and click Yes to confirm. To add a service to a provider’s list, click Add New. In the New Provider Service popup, select the service you’d like to enable from the Service dropdown, and click Save.
Customize a provider's service costs or durations
Each of your providers can have a custom cost and duration for each of the services on their list, which will be shown under the service name. You can edit the duration or cost of a service in the list by clicking Customize, and entering a new cost or duration in the popup that appears, then clicking Save.
Reset a provider's service cost and duration
To reset a service back to the default cost and duration, select Default in the Custom Duration dropdown, and delete the value in the Custom Cost field so that the field is left blank, then click Save.
