By default, providers in a shop can be booked for any service that the shop offers, and the cost and duration of a service are the same for all providers.
This article explains how to select which services are offered by a specific provider, set custom durations and costs for a provider's services, and reset custom durations and costs back to the default values.

View Services Offered by a Provider
From the Resurva dashboard, go to Manage > Providers. Find the provider you'd like to edit, click the three dots on the right of the provider name, and click Manage Services.
From here you can view and manage the list of services offered by the selected provider, and set a custom cost and duration for each service.
Tip: To quickly switch between providers when editing their services, you can use the arrows in the top right corner of the page.
Change Services Offered by a Provider
To add or remove services offered by a provider, first navigate to the Manage Services page for the provider you’d like to edit, by going to Manage > Providers > [Provider Name] > Manage Services. On the Manage Services page for a provider, you can view a list of services offered by the selected provider.
To add a service to a provider’s list, click Add New. In the New Provider Service popup, select the service you’d like to enable from the Service dropdown, and click Save.
To remove a service from a provider’s list, click Delete on the right of the service name, and click Yes to confirm.
Set or Remove Custom Costs or Durations for a Provider's Services
First, navigate to the Manage Services page for the provider you’d like to edit, by going to Manage > Providers > [Provider Name] > Manage Services. If the provider has a custom cost or duration for a service, it will be shown under the service name.
To edit the duration or cost of a service in the list, click Customize, adjust the cost or duration in the popup that appears, and click Save.
To reset a custom duration back to the default value, select Default in the Custom Duration dropdown. To reset a custom cost back to the default value, delete the value in the Custom Cost field, so that the field is left blank.
