How do I activate my account?
After creating an account at the shop page where you'd like to book, you'll receive an email with an activation link. If you can't find the email, try searching for firstname.lastname@example.org in your inbox, as sometimes these emails can be filtered into a junk or spam folder.
If you still can't find the email, there may have been a typo in the email address you entered when signing up. You can try creating an account again and you should receive the activation email.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the page of the business where you normally book, click Sign In, then Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account, and you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Log in to the page of the business where you normally book, click your name in the top right, then Edit Profile. You'll be able to enter a new password in the Password section.
How do I view my upcoming appointments?
Log in to the page of the business where you normally book, click your name in the top right, then Your Bookings.
You can also enter your email at the shop's booking page under Find my Booking, and you'll be sent the confirmation email of your next appointment.
If you can't see your appointments after you log in, it might be because you created the appointment when you were logged in with Google or Facebook, and are now logged in with an email and password. If so, you can log back in with your Facebook or Google account and you should be able to see your upcoming appointments.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Log in to the page of the business where you normally book, click your name in the top right, then Your Bookings. You'll see a Cancel button beside any upcoming appointments.
You can also enter your email at the shop's booking page under Find my Booking, and you'll be sent the confirmation email of your next appointment, which will have a cancellation link in it.
How do I book an appointment from a waitlist email?
Waitlists are first come, first served, and on busy days the openings will fill up quickly. When you're on a wait list, you'll receive an email letting you know if there's a new opening on the schedule, with a link to book the appointment.
If you don't see the time slot when you click the link, this means the time slot was already taken by the time you checked the schedule.

Why was my account suspended?
Usually, an account is suspended by a business after a missed appointment. Resurva can't make changes to suspensions, but you can contact the business directly to ask them to remove the suspension.
How do you store my payment details?
Resurva doesn't save any payment information, the only data stored on our system is an encrypted token from Square or Stripe, depending on which payment system the shop is using. We can't see any information you've entered.
