Forgot your password? No problem - just follow these steps to get back into your Resurva account.
Request a password reset
To reset your password, go to the page where you normally book your appointments and click Sign In. You
Enter the email address you use to log in, and click Reset Password. You'll be sent an email with a link to set your new password.
If you can't find the password reset email
If you haven't received the password reset email after a few minutes, you can search your inbox for email@example.com, as sometimes the email can be filtered into the Promotions or Junk folders.
If you still can't find it, there may have been a typo in the email address you entered. You can request a password reset again, and as long as your email address is entered correctly, you should receive the email.
"Invalid username" error
If you see this error, that means the email you entered isn't associated with a Resurva account (make sure to check for typos). If you've signed into Resurva previously, you may have used a Facebook or Google account to log in, and you should be able to sign in again without a password reset.
