Reasons for suspension
Your account may have been suspended by the business you book with if you missed a booking without cancelling first, or if you've shown up late multiple times. If you're not sure why you were suspended, you can reach out to the business for more information.
What to do if your account is suspended
Accounts are suspended by the business you book with, not by Resurva, so we can't see or make any changes to a suspension. You can reach out to the business directly to ask them to lift the suspension for you.
