Once you have a Resurva account, you just need to activate your email to start booking appointments.
Create an account
The first step to book an appointment is to create your account. If you're having any problems creating an account, check out this support article: Create your account
Check your email
After creating a Resurva account, you'll receive an email from do_not_reply@resurva.com. This email will contain a link that you need to click to activate your account. After you click the link, your account will be activated, and you can start booking appointments.
If you can't find the activation email
If you haven't received the activation email after 15-20 minutes, you can search your inbox for do_not_reply@resurva.com, as sometimes the email can be filtered into the Promotions or Junk folders.
If you still can't find it, there may have been a typo in the email you entered when you created your account. You can try to create an account again, and as long as your email address is entered correctly, you should receive the activation email.
