You can book and manage all of your appointments on your phone with the Resurva app.
Download the app
You can download the app by searching for "Resurva" in your phone's app store, or by going to these links:
Sign in to your account
To use Resurva on a browser or on the app, you'll need an account. For more info on creating an account, check out this article: Create your account
Enter a location key
To make appointments at a shop, you'll need to enter the shop's location key, which is the first part of their booking page URL. For example, if the shop's booking page link is shopname.resurva.com, their location key would be "shopname".
You can usually find a shop's location key on their website, or you can contact the shop to ask directly.
Book an appointment
Tap on the plus sign in the bottom right corner to book an appointment. You can then select a booking location, service, provider, and time slot, and then tap Request Booking to confirm.
Switch to a different booking location
If you use Resurva to book with multiple shops, you can add more locations to the app, so you can quickly make appointments wherever you need. First, tap the plus sign in the bottom right to create a new booking. Tap Location to select a shop, then tap Add Location to enter a new location key. To switch between shops, tap the Location input again.
View your bookings
Tap on a booking to view more detailed information about your appointment. You can tap on the map to get directions, and add the appointment to your calendar by tapping the three dots in the top right, then tapping Add to Calendar. You can also cancel the booking by tapping Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
Change your settings
To change your name or phone number, tap the menu button in the top left (three horizontal lines) and tap Edit Profile. You can edit the information in the fields, and tap Save in the top right to confirm. To change your password, tap Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password to make any changes. If you want to update your email, you'll need to sign into your Resurva account on a desktop or mobile browser.
Sign out
To sign out of your account, tap the menu button in the top left (three horizontal lines) and tap Sign Out.
