Filter the booking widget to show a specific provider only

You can create direct booking links for each of your providers, and share these links with your clients so that they can always book with their favourite provider.

Create a provider's direct booking link

To filter your booking widget to show a specific provider's services and available time slots, you can add a keyword to the end of your booking link to create a direct booking link, and you can then post these booking links on a website or on social media. To create a direct booking link for a provider, you'll need to add the "?pname=" keyword to the end of your booking widget link, and then add the provider's name exactly, with any spaces removed. 

For example, if your booking widget link is "https://daves.resurva.com/book" and you want to create a direct booking link for a provider named Greg, the full link would be "https://daves.resurva.com/book?pname=greg".

If a provider has a space in their name, such as "Mary Ann", you can remove the spaces, so the link would be "https://daves.resurva.com/book?pname=maryann".

To summarize, you can create direct booking links in this format: [booking widget link] + [?pname=] + [provider's name with spaces removed]

If you change a provider's name, you'll also need to update their direct booking link wherever you've shared it, so that it matches the name exactly.

Share direct booking links with your clients

Now that you know how to create direct booking links for your providers, you can share these links with your clients however you want! If you have a website for your shop, you could display a list of your providers with buttons to book with each one, like "Book with Greg" and "Book with Mary Ann".

Before you share a direct booking link, you can confirm that the link is working by signing out of your Resurva account and opening the link, and you should be able to see only the selected provider's services and available time slots.
