You can show or hide service costs and durations on your booking widget, or show a message for clients to call in for a quote or consultation.
Display costs or durations on the booking widget
By default, your booking widget will only show a service's duration, but you can choose to display the cost as well. You can also hide service costs and durations, or make a service unavailable with a message to call the shop. To show or hide service costs and durations, navigate to Settings > App Settings > Services, and enable or disable the checkmarks for Hide service duration and Show service cost, then click Save.
Hide the cost of a specific service
To hide the cost of a specific service on your booking widget, navigate to Manage > Services, click the three dots beside the service name, and click Settings. Set the Cost to zero, and click Save to confirm your changes.
Please note: if your shop has online payments set up, setting a service's cost to zero means your clients will no longer need to pay in advance to book the service.
Set a service to unavailable with a message to call
If your shop offers services that require a quote or a consultation to finalize booking, you can display services on your widget with a message to call your shop. Clients won't be able to book the service themselves, but shop admins can create bookings on the client's behalf after speaking to them over the phone.
To set a service to unavailable, navigate to Manage > Services, click the three dots beside the service name, and click Settings. Turn on the checkmark for Not available for online booking and click Save. If you need to, you can update your shop's phone number (so that clients can call in) by navigating to Settings > Location Information.
