If you want to know more information from your clients, you can add custom questions on your booking widget, and view the client's answers right from your schedule.
Create custom booking fields
To add custom questions to your booking widget, navigate to Manage > Custom Booking Fields. Enter the question under Field Name, and set the question to optional or required with the Field Required dropdown. If this dropdown is set to Required, clients will need to enter an answer to the question before they can proceed with their booking. If the dropdown is set to Not Required, clients can leave the answer field blank and continue to the booking confirmation page. Next, set the Field Status dropdown to Active, then click Add. When you're finished adding questions, click Save All to confirm your changes.
Manage custom booking fields
You can view all of your custom questions on this same page (Manage > Custom Booking Fields), under Available Fields. You can set a question to optional or required by changing the first dropdown, or you can remove a question by setting the second dropdown to Inactive. You can enable the question again by setting the dropdown back to Active. Click Save All to confirm your changes.
View clients' answers to custom questions
From the schedule page, you can click on any booking to open the booking details page, and you'll see the client's responses to each of your custom questions.
