You can optimize your setup by tailoring service costs to match increased demand on specific days of the week.
How does it work?
To offer a service at a different cost for specific days of the week, you'd set up two of the same services, and set the days of the week each service was available. For example, you could set up a "Beard trim" service that's available Monday - Friday, and a "Beard trim (weekend)" service that's available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Clients who select the regular service would only be able to choose a booking date from Monday - Friday, while clients who select the weekend service would only be able to select a Saturday or Sunday for their booking date:
Set up a service that's only offered on specific days of the week
Navigate to Manage > Services and click Add Another. Enter the name of the service and click Save. It's a good idea to make the service name different from the default, for example, if your regular service is named "Beard trim", the new service could be named "Beard trim (Mondays only)". Set the service cost under Default Cost - this should be different than the regular cost of the service.
Next, click the three dots beside the new service's name and click Settings. At the bottom of the page, you'll see checkmarks for each day of the week, under The days this service is available. Leave on only the checkmarks for the days of the week the service will be offered. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Lastly, you'll need to update the original service, so that it isn't available on the days that the new service is. In other words, if the new service is only offered on weekends, the original service should be offered on Monday - Friday only. You can use the arrows in the top right of a service's settings page to quickly switch between services.
