You can display a service on your widget that can't be directly booked by a client, so that clients need to call the business to book that specific service.
Require approval for all bookings
You can set your widget to require approval for all bookings, rather than for specific services, by navigating to Settings > App Settings > Bookings. Learn more about setting up pending bookings in this support article: Allow bookings by approval only.
Set a specific service to unavailable
If your business offers services that require a quote or a consultation to finalize booking, you can display services on your widget with a message to call. Clients won't be able to book the service themselves, but shop admins can create bookings on the client's behalf after speaking to them over the phone.
To set a service to unavailable, navigate to Manage > Services, click the three dots beside the service name, and click Settings. Turn on the checkmark for Not available for online booking and click Save. If you need to, you can update your shop's phone number (so that clients can call in) by navigating to Settings > Location Information.
Hide a service from the booking widget
You can also hide a service from the widget altogether, so that clients can't book the service themselves, but an admin can still select the service when creating bookings on the schedule. To hide a service from clients only, turn on the checkmark for Hidden from clients in the service settings.
Alternatively, you can make a service inactive, so that it can't be booked by a client or an admin, and then activate them again when needed. To activate or deactivate a service, navigate to the service settings and set the Status dropdown to Active or Inactive.
