If your providers can't agree on cash vs. card, you can still enable online payments for specific providers, while others stay cash-only. You can also set up advanced payment for certain services to avoid cancellations.
Set up online payments
Before you can accept online payments from your clients, you first need to connect a Stripe or Square account and configure your settings. Read more about setting up online payments in this article: Accept online payments.
Select services and providers
After online payments are set up, you can enable payments for specific services or providers by going to Settings > App Settings > Payments in the Resurva dashboard. Under Services and Providers, uncheck All, and you'll be able to select which providers or services can be paid for online.
Require deposits instead of full payment
To accept appointment deposits, set the Percentage Required value in the blue box to a number less than 100%.
Your client will pay this percentage of the service cost while booking, and on the Resurva dashboard, you'll see the remaining balance that your client needs to pay in store.
Make online payments optional or required
You can set online payments to be required for all clients, optional for all clients, or required for specific clients that you manually select. To require online payments from all clients, enable Require payment from everyone.
To allow optional online payments, enable Require payments from select clients, and turn on Make payment optional for everyone.
