Manage appointments and sales more easily in Resurva by requiring or allowing online payment from your clients, in full or as an appointment deposit.
Set up online payments
Before you can require online payments from your clients, you first need to connect a Stripe or Square account and configure your settings. Read more about setting up online payments in this article: Accept online payments.
Make payment optional or required
After you've connected a Stripe or Square account, you can require or allow online payments by going to Settings > App Settings > Payments in the Resurva dashboard.
To require online payment from all clients, select Require payment from everyone under Options.
To allow optional online payments, select Require payment from select clients, and enable Make payment optional for everyone.
Require payments from specific clients
If you're struggling with no shows, you can set payments to be required only for clients who have missed an appointment, while the rest of your clients can pay in store. To require online payments from specific clients, check out this article: Require online payments from no show clients.
More options to avoid no shows & cancellations
