Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page.

Confirm your billing information

When you sign up for Resurva, you'll get unlimited bookings for 60 days, and you'll see an envelope icon in the top right that lets you know how many days remain in your trial. After the trial ends, you'll need to enter your billing details and select a subscription package to continue using Resurva, by navigating to Settings > Billing > Upgrade to a Package, or by clicking the envelope icon and clicking Upgrade. Select your package in the Package dropdown, enter your Billing Country and Card Details, and click Update.

You can always come back to this page if you need to update your billing information, by navigating to Settings > Billing and clicking Update Information in the top right.

Upgrade or downgrade your subscription package

Subscription packages are based on the total amount of monthly bookings for all providers at your shop. For example, if you have one provider with 150 bookings per month, and another with 50 bookings per month, you'd have 200 total monthly bookings. When you're close to reaching your monthly booking limit (if you're not on the unlimited plan), you'll see a notice to let you know the amount of remaining bookings you have for the month. 

You can change your subscription at any time by navigating to Settings > Billing and clicking Update Information in the top right. Select a Package from the dropdown and confirm your billing details, then click Update.

If you have multiple locations, each location will have its own subscription (so one location can be on the Medium plan, and another on the Small plan, for example), and any locations after the first one will include a 30% discount on the subscription cost.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your account at any time by navigating to Settings > Billing > Package and clicking Cancel Your Account. On the next page, click Cancel to confirm. After you cancel your account, all of your account data will be deleted, including your client list and bookings history.
