Start an advanced booking search to get detailed information on bookings, revenue, custom fields, service options, and more.
Start a new search
Navigate to Analytics > Booking Search to browse through all of your past and upcoming bookings, and click the arrows in the top right to switch between days. You can use the buttons in the top left to quickly see reports and totals for Today, Tomorrow, or a Custom Day. Searches for dates in the future will bring up any appointments that are already booked for those dates.
Set your search parameters
Click Advanced to open the search options menu.
To see results for multiple days, set a Start Date and an End Date. Note - to show revenue totals in the search results, your date range must be 2 weeks or less.
You can search for bookings that have a specific booking Status, Service, or Provider by selecting them from the dropdowns, or leave them set to - All - to see every booking within your search range.
To show appointments from only new clients, enable Show New Clients Only.
To include revenue details like pre-tax totals, discounts, and revenue splits, enable Show Revenue. If you can't see revenue details, make sure your search range is 2 weeks or less, and try the search again.
To display answers to custom booking questions in the search, enable the questions under Custom Booking Fields.
To show which service options a client paid for during an appointment, enable the service options under Service Options.
Export search results
Search results can be exported by clicking Export Results at the bottom of the analytics page (you may have to scroll down to see it).
Results will be exported as a .csv file and can be imported to Excel, Google Sheets, and any other program that works with spreadsheets.
View revenue for a date range longer than 2 weeks
To see revenue totals within the booking search results, the date range searched must be 2 weeks or less. However, you can view revenue for longer date ranges by exporting the data using the steps above, and adding the cost of each of your services using a spreadsheet program to calculate total revenue.

Make it a habit
It's a good idea to regularly export (or at least check) your revenue reports, to stay up to date on how well your shop is doing. For example, you could export reports every two weeks, to make it easier for you to manage your accounting and payroll. Over time, reports reveal more trends and insights to help you improve your shop.
