What can you do with analytics?
Explore your data and see insights on each part of your shop to catch trends and make better decisions for your business. On the Analytics page, you can view reports on:
- Top clients by bookings or revenue
- Most popular or profitable services and providers
- Amount of no shows vs. completed bookings
- Booking trends by time, day of the week, and date
- Amount of new vs. returning clients
- Revenue per provider and service
It's easy to gain insights from the data to help steer you in the right direction. For example, if you notice more clients are booking on weekends, you could offer a discount on weekday bookings to increase appointment numbers. Hover on data points to view details
View exact numbers by hovering over any part of a graph on the Analytics page. You can move your mouse around a chart to see specific totals, and get a better understanding of how your shop is doing.

View detailed revenue reports with booking search
You can see more detailed revenue reports with appointment details, subtotals, discounts, and splits, by starting an advanced booking search. You can then export the data as a CSV to be imported somewhere else, or kept for your research and records.
To start an advanced booking search, navigate to Analytics > Booking Search and click Advanced in the top left. You can read more about advanced booking searches in this article: Get detailed revenue reports with booking search.
