You can customize your services however it works best for your business, and add group services, offer upgrades, after-hours services, and more.
Add or delete a service
To create a service, navigate to Manage > Services and click Add Another under Services. Enter the service name, duration, and cost, then click Save beside the service name. To delete a service, click the three buttons beside the service name and click Remove. When a service is removed, it won't show up in your analytics page. To remove a service, but still show the service in analytics, you can set the service to inactive instead.
You can sort services on this list by clicking the Sort button, and organize services into different categories by clicking Add Another under Service Categories. Learn more in this support article: Sort and organize services.
Edit the cost or duration of a service
To edit a service cost or duration, navigate to Manage > Services. The changes you make to a service's Duration or Default Cost will be saved automatically. and enter your changes. You can also hide service costs or durations, so that they're not shown to clients, or customize service costs or durations for a specific provider.
Edit the availability of a service
You can set a specific service to "by approval only", so that clients need to call in to book, or hide a service from the service list on the widget altogether. Check out this support article to learn more: Offer a service that requires approval to book.
Edit the name, image, or description of a service
To update a service's name, image, or description, navigate to Manage > Services and click the three dots beside the service that you'd like to edit, then click Settings. You can set the provider type for the service under Provider Name.
If you need to block off time before or after this service (for example, to get ready for your next booking), you can set "padding time", so that any time this service is booked, it'll automatically block off the time for you.
Offer upgrades or add-ons for a service
You can set up service options on your widget, to offer add-ons or upgrades for a service. Learn more about managing service options in this support article: Offer upgrades for a service with service options.
Offer group services
You can create group services to allow your clients to sign up for special events like pop-ups, classes, tours, and group sessions, and special events. Check out this support article to learn more about group services: Manage group services.
View analytics for a service
You can review a breakdown of your booked services by navigating to Analytics > Reporting and clicking the Services tab. For more info on analytics, check out this support article: View revenue reports and analytics.
Change the color of a service on the schedule
You can set each of your services to be a different color on your schedule, so that providers can easily differentiate between services at a glance. To set a service color, navigate to Manage > Services and click the three dots beside the service name, then click Settings. Select a color under Booking Color and click Save.
