You can close a specific provider's bookings, so that only clients that are on the provider's client list will be able to book. Clients will still be able to book with other providers.
Set a provider to private clients only
To close a provider's bookings to new clients, navigate to Manage > Providers, click the three dots to the right of the provider name, and click Settings.
Turn on the checkmark for Private Clients Only. You can also enter a code under Private Code, so that if the provider wants to allow a specific client to book who isn't on their list, the client can enter the code when booking. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Add clients to a provider's private clients list
After you enable the checkbox for Private Clients Only and click Save, you'll see a View List button in the top right of the Private Clients box. Click the View List button to view and manage the list of clients who can make bookings with this provider.
The provider's client list will start with 0 clients, and you can choose which clients to add to the list from the dropdown. To add any clients that have booked at least one appointment with the provider, select 1 time in the dropdown, then click Add Clients.
You'll see a list of clients that were added to the list, and you can remove clients by clicking Groups, and turning off the checkmark for the provider's private clients list.
Manage a provider's private clients list
You can add or remove clients from the list by navigating back to the provider's settings page and clicking View List again. You can also add or remove clients to a provider's private list from the schedule, by clicking on the client's booking, clicking Groups in the top left, and toggling the checkmark for the provider's private clients list.
