It only takes a few quick steps to set up a new provider's schedule and allow them to access their bookings.
Create a new provider and set their schedule
You can add a new provider by navigating to Manage > Providers and clicking Add Another. After you add the provider, navigate to Manage > Schedules and add the new provider's weekly availability to the general schedule. You can set a provider's first available day (so that they can't be booked before that day) from the provider's individual settings page, and you can also set breaks for the provider to be added to the schedule automatically.
Allow the provider to access their bookings
Next, you can create an admin account for the provider, so that they can log in to the booking widget and access their bookings. You can create a new admin account by navigating to Settings > Admin Accounts and clicking New Admin. You can then enable booking notifications for the provider, and if needed, you can also limit the account permissions to prevent the provider from making unauthorized changes or accessing other providers' bookings.
Customize the provider's profile and settings
Finally, you can add an image and bio to the provider's profile from their settings page, by navigating to Manage > Providers, clicking the three dots beside the provider's name, and clicking Settings or Images.
You can set how far in advance clients can book with the provider from the Settings tab, and if the provider has any custom service costs or durations, they can be set in the Services Offered tab. You can add a revenue split for the provider from the Provider Splits tab.
