You can sync an external calendar to a provider's schedule to keep their availability up to date on the booking widget, and transfer their bookings from Resurva to an external calendar.
Connect a calendar to a provider
You can connect a calendar account to Resurva from Google, Outlook, iCloud, Office 365, or Exchange, by navigating to Manage > Calendars and clicking Connect Your Calendar Account. After you select your calendar provider and enter the login details for your calendar account, click the green plus sign button.
In the popup that appears, select a calendar from the Calendar to Sync dropdown, then select a Provider to Sync.
If you want to export events from a provider's schedule on Resurva into an external calendar, turn on the checkmark for Push bookings created for Provider to Calendar.
If you want to import events from an external calendar into a provider's schedule in Resurva, turn on the checkmark for Pull events added in Calendar to Provider.
Click Sync to confirm, and you should see the calendar events appear after a few minutes. Events imported into Resurva from an external calendar will be marked as "External Calendar Event", and exported bookings will show up on your Outlook calendar with the service and provider name.
