Each provider can be set with different availability windows and schedules, so that everyone can choose what works best for them.
Manage a provider's active days and availability
You can set how far in advance clients can book with a provider by setting a first and last booking date in their provider settings. You can also set a provider's first and last active days, which are the first and last dates that the provider is working at the shop. For example, for a new provider, you can set their first active day to the first day that they'll be working at your shop. If a provider will no longer be working at your shop, you can set a last active day for them, so that clients can't book that provider after the last day.
What is a first and last booking date?
A provider's first booking date determines how far in advance clients can make bookings. For example, if you set a provider's first booking date to 2 weeks, clients will only be able to book with that provider at least 2 weeks in advance - in other words, the first day that clients on the widget will be able to book with the provider will always be 2 weeks away from the current date.
A provider's last booking date determines the maximum amount of time in advance that clients can make bookings. For example, if you set a provider's last booking date to 2 weeks, clients will not be able to book with that provider more than 2 weeks in advance.
Set a provider's first and last booking dates
Each provider can be set with a different first and last date in their individual provider settings, and you could also set first and last booking dates for all bookings from Settings > App Settings.
To set a provider's first and last booking dates, navigate to Manage > Providers, click the three dots beside their name, then click Settings. After setting the provider's first and last booking date using the dropdowns, click Save to confirm your changes.
