You can set a provider's breaks in their settings, so that they'll be automatically set to unavailable for their time off, and you don't need to worry about making any changes day-to-day.
Manage a provider's availability
You can set a provider's default weekly availability from the general schedule, under Manage > Schedules. You can also customize a provider's availability in their individual settings, to set their first and last days, and set how far in advance clients can book with that provider.
Set breaks for a provider
You can set breaks by navigating to Manage > Providers, clicking the three dots beside a provider's name, and clicking Breaks. If you have any temporary schedules set, you can add breaks to a temporary schedule by selecting a different schedule from the Viewing Schedule dropdown at the top.
You can use the dropdowns to set breaks for each day, and the provider will be set to unavailable during that time. Set a date for the breaks to begin and end, then click Create Breaks. You can repeat this process as many times as you need, in case you'd like to add multiple breaks in one day.
View a provider's existing breaks
You can view a provider's breaks by selecting the Break History tab at the top. To remove breaks from a provider's schedule, click Remove for each day you'd like to reset, and the provider will be set back to their default availability during that time.
If you need to set new breaks, old breaks are not deleted automatically, so you'll need to go back to the Break History tab and click Remove on the existing breaks, then you can add new ones from the Create Breaks tab.
