You can create, move, and cancel bookings, and make changes to a client's booking details, directly from the Resurva schedule.
Create a booking
Click on any open time slot in the schedule to create a booking. You can click the calendar icon at the top to open the date picker, or click Providers to view a provider's weekly schedule.
Select the service, answer any additional booking questions, and then enter the client's contact details. If this is a returning client, you can look up their name or phone number by clicking Search Clients, and select the client from the results list.
Click Request Booking, and click Continue in the popup to finalize the booking. If the client wants a confirmation of their appointment, you can turn on the Email or SMS toggles in the Booking Notifications popup before finalizing the booking.
Search for a booking
You can search for a booking by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the schedule and entering the client's name or contact details.
Select the client from the results list to view their upcoming or past bookings. You can also perform an advanced booking search from the Analytics tab, or search for a client from the client list.
Reschedule or move a booking
To move a booking, click Move at the top of the schedule and select the booking you'd like to move. If you'd like the client to receive a notification that their booking has been moved, select Notify Client, otherwise select Don't Notify Client.
Then, navigate to the correct day (if necessary) and click on the time slot you'd like to move the booking to. To exit without moving the appointment, click Move again.
Cancel a booking
To cancel a booking, click on the booking time slot in the schedule and click Cancel.
To send the client a notification that their booking was cancelled, select Notify Client. To cancel without sending a notification, select Don't notify client. To exit without cancelling the booking, select Don't cancel.
Update booking details
You can make changes to a booking by clicking on the booking and clicking Actions > Edit Booking. To change the service, select Edit Service. To make changes to the client's contact information, select Edit Contact. To block off time before or after the booking (for prep or cleanup) select Edit Padding Before or Edit Padding After.
Create a repeating booking
Regular customers may want to schedule their bookings in advance, so that they don't need to make their appointments one-by-one. You can create repeating bookings by clicking on a booking in the schedule and clicking Actions > Create Series. Duplicate a booking
To repeat an article once, click Rebook at the top of the schedule and select the booking you'd like to duplicate.
Then, navigate to the correct day (if necessary) and click on the time slot you'd like to copy the booking to. To exit without duplicating the booking, click Rebook again.
By default, the client will receive an email notification for their new booking, but you can disable this notification by turning the Email toggle to Off. Click Continue to confirm the new booking.
Page a client for their booking
You can let your client know that you're ready for their booking by clicking on their time slot in the schedule, and clicking Actions > Page Client. For more ways to contact clients, check out this support article: Page or contact a client.
