You can add walk-in bookings to your Resurva schedule to help you track different performance metrics, like your shop's total revenue and best customers.
Take walk-in bookings
If a client shows up for a walk-in appointment, you can add the booking to your schedule by clicking on the requested provider's time slot. Select the service, answer any additional booking questions, and enter the client's contact details.
If this is a returning client, you can look up their name or phone number by clicking Search Clients, and select the client from the results list.
Click Request Booking, and click Continue in the popup to finalize the booking. If the client wants a confirmation of their appointment, you can turn on the Email or SMS toggles in the Booking Notifications popup before finalizing the booking.
Take bookings over the phone
If your shop has online payments set up, you can take appointments over the phone and send the client an invoice, then approve the booking once the invoice has been paid.
