You can cancel bookings directly from the schedule, or move a booking to a different time slot if needed.
Cancel a booking
To cancel a booking, click on the booking time slot in the schedule and click Cancel.
To send the client a notification that their booking was cancelled, select Notify Client. To cancel without sending a notification, select Don't notify client. To exit without cancelling the booking, select Don't cancel.
View cancelled bookings
You can view cancelled bookings by clicking Cancelled at the top of the schedule. Time slots with cancelled bookings will show a yellow button indicating how many bookings were cancelled.
Click on the yellow View button to see the client, the date and time that their booking was cancelled, and which admin account cancelled the booking.
Reschedule or move a booking
To move a booking, click Move at the top of the schedule and select the booking you'd like to move. If you'd like the client to receive a notification that their booking has been moved, select Notify Client, otherwise select Don't Notify Client.
Then, navigate to the correct day (if necessary) and click on the time slot you'd like to move the booking to. To exit without moving the appointment, click Move again.
