Set up a waiver on your booking widget to let your clients know about any special policies at your shop, or to share a quick message before the booking confirmation step.
Enable the waiver
First, navigate to Settings > App Settings and select the Bookings tab on the left. Set the dropdown for Bookings require waiver agreement to Enabled, then click Save.
Edit the waiver content
After enabling the waiver, navigate to Manage > Waiver and enter or paste the text of your waiver. The waiver will be shown to clients before the booking confirmation step, and clients will agree to the waiver by clicking Continue, then they'll see their booking details and confirm their appointment.
You can also append your waiver to the end of your booking notifications, so that clients who book will be able to read the waiver on their booking confirmation emails, by turning on the checkmark for Append to booking confirmation email. Click Save to confirm your changes.
