Keep your business information up to date, so that your clients know how to reach you.
Change your business name
Your business name is displayed on your booking widget and on any booking notifications sent from your shop. You can update your business name by navigating to Settings > App Settings and changing the text under Company Name, then clicking Save.
Changing your business name won't change your booking widget link, which is the URL that clients go to when they want to book (for example, shopname.resurva.com). If you'd like to update your booking widget link, please reach out to us at support@resurva.com from the email address you used to create your Resurva account, and we'll make that change for you.
Change your address and phone number
Your address will be shown on your booking widget, and clients can click the address to view it in Google Maps. If you have any services that can't be booked by directly by a client, you can display them on your widget with a message to call the shop, and your business phone number will be shown beside these services. You can update your address and phone number by navigating to Settings > Location Information.
Display a tagline and image on your booking widget
You can also personalize your booking widget with an image and a tagline, which can be set by navigating to Settings > Logo & Branding. If you don't want a full size Header Image, you can upload your image as an Icon instead, to display it as a smaller image in the top left corner of the booking widget.
