You can maximize your availability by making sure your schedule is always up to date, and it's easy to change your schedule to fit your needs.
Set a first or last date for bookings
By default, clients will be able to book on any date in the schedule, and you can add a first or last booking date to limit the days that clients can book. First and last booking dates can be fixed or variable: a fixed date would be a specific calendar date like January 1st, 2023, and a variable date is an amount of days like 5 days from today.

Set a default weekly schedule
You can set a default weekly schedule by navigating to Manage > Schedules. If you have a temporary schedule set up, you can view or manage it by clicking View All and selecting Manage beside the temporary schedule you'd like to edit.
First, set the General Hours for the day, then set each provider that's working that day to "available" by turning on the checkmark beside their name. If the provider's hours are different than the General Hours at the top of the schedule, click the green pencil button to edit the provider's hours for that day. You can reset a day's availability back to the general hours by clicking the red x button.
Set up a temporary schedule
You can create a temporary schedule to set your weekly availability to change in advance, for example, if you want to set different hours for the holidays, or you'll be permanently changing your hours on a future date.
Set a specific provider's availability
You can manage each provider's first or last days, breaks, and days off, from their individual provider settings, and you can also set how far in advance clients can book with a specific provider.
Change a specific day on the schedule
You can make changes to a specific day by navigating to the day you'd like to update and clicking Tap On/Off at the top of the schedule. To edit a provider's start or end time, or to turn off their availability for the entire day, click Edit Day. You can also click on a time slot to set it from available to unavailable (and vice versa). Click Done when you're finished making changes.
Offer services after hours
You can display "after hours" services on the widget that can't be booked by the client directly, so that clients who want to book after hours can call to have an admin schedule their booking. You can also set up an after hours provider, and set the provider to charge a premium rate for their services.
