If you're having trouble with the Resurva app, here's a few steps you can try that might help.
Signing in with a Facebook or Google account?
The Resurva app doesn't support social logins at the moment, but you can create a new account with an email to use the app, or use Resurva on a mobile browser.
Restart the app
If the Resurva app is not working correctly, you should first try closing the app and opening it again. Often times this will fix small issues, so it's worth a try.
Update the app
We're always improving the app and making fixes, so if something isn't working properly, you should check if you have the latest version of the Resurva app. You can update the app from the app store on your phone, or find it at these links:
Log in again
This quick tip can sometimes fix issues or strange behaviour, and can be done in a few easy steps. To log out of the Resurva app, tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left, and tap Sign Out. You can now sign in again and check if the problem has been resolved.
Try a desktop or mobile browser
Certain things on Resurva, like changing your account settings, can only be done through a browser, and not the mobile app. If you're on your phone, you can sign into your account on your mobile browser to change your settings.
