If you need to, you can block a client from making appointments with you, and unblock them at any time.
Mark a client as a no show
To block a client from booking with you, the client needs to be marked as a no show for at least one of their past appointments. To mark a no show appointment, click on the client's time slot in the schedule and select No Show. Appointments marked as a no show will be red in the calendar.
Block or unblock no show clients
To block no show clients from booking with you, navigate to Client > Client List, and click Filter No Shows. Click the Block button for each client you want to block. Click Undo Block to unblock the client.
Require payment from no show clients
Instead of blocking a no show client, you can require advanced payment to finalize the client's bookings by clicking Require Payment. To learn more about requiring advanced payment, check out this support article: Require online payments from no show clients.
Customize the message shown to blocked clients
You can change the message a blocked client sees when they try to book, to provide more information or a way to contact a shop admin. To edit the blocked clients message, go to Settings > App Settings > Client, update the message under Blocked Clients Message, and click Save. This message will be shown to blocked clients when they sign into their account on your booking widget.
