You can close your bookings to new clients, so that only clients who are already on your client list are able to make appointments.
Set up private bookings
To allow bookings from existing clients only, go to Settings > App Settings > Private Booking and enable the checkmark for Private Bookings Only. When private bookings are enabled, clients will need to sign into their Resurva accounts to be able to access your booking widget.
You can also allow clients to see a detailed schedule view after they log into your booking widget, by enabling the checkmark for Allow logged in clients to view full schedule.
Manage your client list
Clients who have booked appointments through your Resurva widget will automatically be on your client list.
To manually add a client to your list, click Client > New Client, or go to Client > Client List and click New Client. To remove a client from the list, click the Delete button under their name on your client list.

Temporarily open bookings to new clients
To temporarily open your bookings to new clients, enable the checkmarks for Allow New Users and Allow Social Login. This will allow clients to create new accounts and make appointments on your widget, and you can disable the checkmarks when you want to close your bookings again.
Set up private bookings for a specific provider
