When you're ready for your next appointment, you can page your client with a notification, to help with social distancing practices or avoiding late appointments.
Page a client for their appointment
To page a client, click on their time slot in the schedule and click Actions > Page Client. When you click Continue, the client will be sent a notification to let them know to proceed to their appointment.
Contact a client by phone or email
Contact information can be found on a client's appointment in the schedule by clicking on the client's time slot and clicking Contact.

Send an email to your client list
To message all of your clients at once, you can connect a Mailchimp account and send a marketing email. Check out this support article for more information about marketing emails: Send a mass email to your client list.
Require booking notifications for all clients
To prevent your clients from opting out of booking notifications, you can enable forced email notifications. To turn on forced email notifications, go to Settings > Bookings and enable Force all email notifications for clients.
Turn on cancellation protection
If you're struggling with missed appointments or late clients, you can turn on cancellation protection, so clients who cancel late or don't show up are charged a cancellation fee. Read more about cancellation protection in this guide: Set up cancellation protection.
