You can search for clients from the Resurva dashboard or from your client list, and filter the search results to create client groups, view no shows, and get a better understanding of your clients.
Search for a client from your list
To find a client in your client list, go to Client > Client List and type in the client's name, email, or the last few digits of their phone number, into the search bar at the top. You can filter the list to show only clients marked as no shows, or sort the list with the button in the top right corner.
To search your client list from the Resurva app, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Clients.
Search for a client from the dashboard
To find a client from the dashboard, click the magnifying glass in the top right corner. Enter the client name, email, or the last few digits of their phone number, and click Go. Click on a client to view their past and upcoming bookings.
Search from the dashboard across all locations
If you have multiple locations, you can specify a location when searching from the dashboard, or or set the search to check every location. To set the search to check all locations, go to Settings > Client and enable Search all locations when doing a client search.
Search for a client on Lightspeed

Admin search permissions
If you have admins who manage your shop, you can limit their search permissions so that they can't see full client details, like a phone number or email.
To change an admin's search permissions, go to Settings > Admin Accounts, click Edit under the admin you'd like to change, and go to the Permissions tab. You can learn more about admin permissions in this article: Manage admin account permissions.
