Set up client groups in Resurva to provide ongoing discounts to your best customers and organize your clients.
Create a client discount group
Clients in a discount group will have an ongoing discount applied to all of their appointments. To create a client discount group, navigate to Client > Client Groups and click Add Another.
To discount a percentage of the service cost, select Percentage, and enter a Discount Value between 1 and 100. For example, if the discount value is set to 25%, services that cost $100 to your regular clients will cost $75 to clients in this group.
To discount a specific amount of the service cost, select Dollar Amount, and enter a Discount Value greater than 0. For example, if the discount value is set to $10, services that cost $100 to your regular clients will cost $90 to clients in this group.
Add a client to a discount group
To add a client to a discount group, find the client from your client list or from their appointment time slot, and click the Groups button by their name. Enable the checkmarks beside the groups you'd like to add the client to.
Remove a client from a discount group
To remove a client from a discount group, find the client from your client list or from their appointment time slot, click the Groups button by their name, and disable the checkmark beside the group name.
You can also view group members by going to Client > Client Groups and clicking the Users button, and clicking the Groups button beside a client to edit their groups.
Edit or delete a discount group
To edit a group's name or discount, find the group in Client > Client Groups and click Edit. To delete a group, click Delete. Note - deleting a discount group cannot be undone.
