Set a first and last date for clients to book on your widget, to make sure you don't get bookings outside of your availability.
Set an availability window for bookings
You can set your widget to have an available booking window, so that clients can't book appointments outside of your available days, by adding a First and Last booking date.
First and last booking dates can be fixed or variable, meaning that they can be specific calendar dates (such as a fixed date of January 1st), or a changing date (such as a variable date of two weeks from now).
Set a specific provider's availability window
Individual providers can also have availability windows, which can be different than a shop's availability window. You can learn more about setting a provider's availability window in this support article: Set how far in advance clients can book with a specific provider.
Set a first booking date
When you set a first booking date, clients won't be able to schedule bookings for any day before the date you set. To set a first booking date, navigate to Settings > App Settings > First Booking Date.
If you want your booking widget to only allow bookings after a specific calendar date, such as January 1st or June 15th, select First available booking day will be a fixed date, click When? to open the date picker, and select the first day that your clients can book. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Alternatively, you can set your first booking date to a changing date, such as 1 day from now or 1 week from now, so that clients must make bookings a certain amount of time in advance. Select First available booking day will be a variable date, then select the amount of time from the dropdown. For example, to only allow bookings made 1 week or more in advance, select variable date and enter 1 Week under the When? dropdown. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Set a last booking date
When you set a last booking date, clients won't be able to schedule bookings for any day after the date you set. To set a last booking date, navigate to Settings > App Settings > Last Booking Date.
If you want your booking widget to only allow bookings before a specific calendar date, such as January 1st or June 15th, select Last available booking day will be a fixed date, click When? to open the date picker, and select the last day that your clients can book. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Alternatively, you can set your last booking date to a changing date, such as 1 day from now or 1 week from now, so that clients can't make bookings too far in advance. Select Last available booking day will be a variable date, then select the amount of time from the dropdown. For example, to only allow bookings up to 4 weeks in advance, select variable date and select 4 Weeks under the When? dropdown. Click Save to confirm your changes.
