You can set a first and last date on your booking widget, so that clients can't make bookings outside of your availability.
Set a first or last date for your booking widget
First and last dates for your booking widget can be fixed or variable: a fixed date would be a specific calendar date like January 1st, 2023, and a variable date is an amount of days like 5 days from today.
This article covers how to set fixed booking dates, so that clients aren't able to book outside of specific dates (like April 15th, 2023 - October 31st, 2023). Set a first booking date
A fixed first booking date would be the first date that clients can schedule bookings for on the widget. Your booking widget can still be set to online before this date, but clients won't be able to select a date for their booking that's before the first day.
To set a first booking date, navigate to Settings > App Settings > First Booking Date. Turn on the checkmark for First booking date is active, and select the fixed date option. Use the date picker under When? to select the first day that you'll be accepting bookings, then click Save.
Set a last booking date
A fixed last booking date would be the last date that clients can schedule bookings for on the widget. If you'll be closing bookings, and setting your booking widget to offline on a specific date, you can set a last booking date on your widget so that you don't get any bookings after you close.
To set a last booking date, navigate to Settings > App Settings > Last Booking Date. Turn on the checkmark for Last booking date is active, and select the fixed date option. Use the date picker under When? to select the last day that you'll be accepting bookings, then click Save.
Please note: setting a last booking date is not the same as canceling your account, and you'll still be charged for your subscription even if you're not currently accepting bookings. You can cancel or downgrade your subscription by navigating to Settings > Billing > Package.
