You can offer a one-time discount on a client's booking in Resurva, or set up client groups to create ongoing discounts for your best customers.
Set up discounts and loyalty programs in Lightspeed
Discounts added in Resurva are not applied when a booking is sent to a Lightspeed (formerly Vend) register as a parked order.

Provide a one-time discount on a booking
To offer a discount on the cost of a booking in Resurva, click on the booking time slot in the schedule and click Discount. Enter the discount type (either a percentage or a set number) and the discount amount, and select Apply. To add an extra charge to the booking cost instead of providing a discount, select Markup.
Set up an ongoing discount
You can create client discount groups to offer ongoing discounts to specific clients. Learn more about client groups in this support article: Manage client discount groups.
Remove a discount
When a booking in the schedule has a discount applied to it, you'll see a green discount indicator in the top right corner of the time slot. To remove a discount and reset the booking to full price, click the booking time slot and click Undo Discount.
